Looking for a short seasonal stay?

Prefer shared living?

Start with our co-living guide if you like having your own bedroom alongside shared facilities. Ask about the household setup and which spaces you’ll share.

GOOD QUESTIONS

Graduate living,
explained.

The details that help you make a confident next move.

Can I rent with Flow after graduating?

Yes, graduates can enquire about eligible Flow Living homes in Sheffield. Division House and selected multi-occupancy homes at Park Village are the main options to discuss. Your application is subject to the home’s occupancy rules, availability and our application checks.

Do I need to be a University of Sheffield or Sheffield Hallam graduate?

No. You can enquire whether you studied in Sheffield, graduated elsewhere or are moving here for work. Tell us about your move and the team will explain which homes may suit you.

Is graduate accommodation in Sheffield all-inclusive?

Park Village offers bills-included shared living, while utilities at Division House studios are arranged separately. Always check the written breakdown for your specific room, including what rent covers and any costs you will pay separately.

What is the difference between co-living and a studio?

Co-living gives you your own bedroom with shared facilities, which vary by home. A studio is a self-contained option with your own living space. Check the exact room layout, bathroom and kitchen arrangements before booking.

How much does graduate accommodation cost?

Rent depends on the room, property, availability and your move-in date. Use the property links or send your monthly budget for current options. Compare the total monthly cost, including separately charged utilities, travel and any council tax that applies.

Can I move in before my graduate job starts?

Tell us your proposed move-in date and employment start date. The team will explain the evidence and affordability checks needed for your circumstances. An enquiry or job offer does not guarantee that an application will be accepted.

Is Station Yard available for graduate living?

Non-student stays at Station Yard are restricted to periods outside university term time. It is a seasonal option to ask about, subject to availability, rather than a year-round graduate home.

How do I arrange a viewing?

Complete the graduate enquiry form with your preferred home type, budget and move-in date, or use our book-a-viewing page. We will help you check current options and the details of the home before you decide.
