Share your company, worksite postcode, number of workers, arrival date, expected departure and budget. Flag shift patterns, parking needs and any accessibility requirements.
We check the fit
Our team checks suitable properties, permitted occupancy and availability for your dates. We’ll explain the commute options, room setup, included bills and any additional costs.
Agree the arrangements
We confirm the accommodation, price, payment responsibilities and applicable terms in writing. Individual bookings and any company-paid arrangements are assessed separately.
Get ready to arrive
Once the booking requirements are complete, we confirm the move-in arrangements and who to contact during the stay. Ask early about extensions or changes; these depend on availability and the agreed terms.

Can you accommodate a whole team?
Tell us how many people need a room and whether they need to stay together. We’ll check the suitable options. Rooms in the same home or building cannot be guaranteed until confirmed.
Do you offer short stays or Monday-to-Friday bookings?
Tell us the exact dates and pattern you need. Stay lengths, minimum requirements and permitted uses vary by property. A nightly, weekly or weekday-only arrangement is not assumed and must be confirmed by the team.
Can the company pay for the accommodation?
Ask us about your preferred payment arrangement when you enquire. We’ll confirm whether a company-paid arrangement is available, who signs the agreement and how payments will be handled before you commit.
Are parking, cleaning and linen included?
These are not included as standard in the offer on this page. Tell us what you need and we’ll confirm what is available, any restrictions and any additional costs.
What if the project dates change?
Contact us as early as possible. Extensions, reductions, cancellations and changes of occupant depend on the accommodation agreement and availability; they are not automatic.
